Coppola is running for the 61st Senate District, now represented by Republican Mike Ranzenhofer. Coppola has refused to seek or accept any minor party lines, and called on his opponent to do the same.

    Think this noble gesture is motivated by Marc’s inability to get the Conservative and IP lines?

    I predict Ranzenhofer will respond: “Who is Marc Coppola? Is he the former Senator from north Buffalo who got beat by Antoine Thompson and moved into my district?”

    Who cares what is motivating Marc? He’s right. Electoral fusion is nonsense.
