An excellent example of clever video and a message based on nothing.

Nicely done. Now how about a little “Waiting for Godot” (while we’re doing meaningless theatre).

I knew the columnists at WNYMedia span the political spectrum but I didn’t know the entire organization was so politically biased. No big surprise, except to see the org’s official imprimatur in the fade-out.

Holy shit. I agree with Ward. There are plenty of really good reasons to vote against paladino. Lets see something with more substance.

    That is pretty weak.

Patterson and Paladino don’t have much in common, Patterson is black and Paladino is a bigot.

What a lame video.  I hate to break it to you but it isn’t Patterson who has been the problem the last couple of years.  For all his faults he is no where near as bad as the NYS Legislature which loves to spend, borrow, have money showered on it by lobbiests, and is completely irresponsible.

Gee the budget was late???  I am supposed to be upset about that?  Would it have been better for Patterson to cave and let the legislature piss away $200 million on their member items?  Should he have let them count in the budget Medicaid money from the Federal government that we won’t actually be getting as Sheldon Silver wanted to do?  Should he have acceded to getting the billions to pay into the State pension system by borrowing from, you guessed it, the State pension system as our friends in the Assembly wanted to do?

If Paladino gets elected without a doubt there will be a huge confrontation with the legislature and the state government will probably even be shut down for week or months.  But it is precisely that kind of fight anyone who truly wants to fix our dysfunctional state will have to go through.

If you like dysfunction, you’ll love more of it, and worse!
