If Erie County Executive Chris Collins can simply declare a legislative veto as “null and void”, could we taxpayers go ahead and declare the entirety of county government “null and void”?

That’d be great.

    Maybe if this politician thing doesn’t work out, he can get a job doing Wesley Snipe’s taxes.

    Deep thought–maybe. In depth reporting? No so much thees one, to quote Borat.
    As usual with the journalist in question, I read and re-read the piece to see what, if any, provision of the County Charter was cited as authority for “null and void”.
    Nada.
    Nice job as always, Snooze. Dial up three or four hacks and have them spoon-feed you your story–preferably strained food, so you don’t have to chew. Whatever you do–avoid any and all primary sources.
