ECHDC Chair Gioia announces that a deal is imminent.
Mayor Byron Brown suggests that a deal could be concluded as early as next week.
The problem is that either of those announcements could have been written 2 years ago. The problem is that no one cares anymore.

This fiasco has been the biggest anti-climax since the Lancaster Domed Football Stadium.
Perhaps the City would be interested in a franchise of J.D’s 24 Hour Gas/Convienence/Bait-Tackle/Firearms/ Adult Video-Lingerie/ Cigarette and DVD rental store. “J.D’s J.D’s What A Southron Boy Needs”!!!
